Return and Warranty policy
The return and warranty policy outlined on this page applies exclusively to purchases made directly through online shops operated by Jooan. If you have purchased our products through a third party, the return and warranty terms may differ. The policy may also vary depending on the country of purchase due to different legal requirements and other considerations.
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives back in Jooan’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Jooan’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Jooan or Jooan’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Jooan’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Jooan’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled through Jooan.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with suitable replacement parts or a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Order Processing Time
Order processing time is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1 business day to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Things to Know
Shipments that arrive damaged must be signed as damaged when received. If there is damage, please ensure you indicate that there is damage to the freight company and contact us to report the damage.
Backordered Items
We do our best to prevent back orders, they do occasionally happen. The item will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives a new shipment. If the back ordered item is discontinued or unavailable, the item will be canceled from your order and you will be refunded. There may be a comparable item or upgraded version available.
