Jooan product standard warranty commitment

Dear customer: Thank you for choosing Jooan products and services!For the products under this document, we will provide you with the following guarantees and warranty services.

  1. Warranty scope

①The product's performance fails due to material, process or manufacturing problems under normal use and maintenance conditions. During the warranty period, our company provides warranty services such as repair, replacement or return.“Normal use and maintenance conditions" means that the installation, use, maintenance, storage, transportation, etc. of the product meet the requirements of the instructions for use and are used for a reasonable intended purpose or purpose.“Affecting normal use" means that the product cannot achieve the functions described in its standard performance parameters.

②Except as stated in advance or in accordance with the law or in accordance with the agreement, no additional fees will be charged for maintenance services within the scope of the warranty. The courier fee is not borne by Jooan, except as stated or promised in advance.

 

  1. Warranty period

①The warranty period of products and components is subject to the agreement in the contract; if the contract does not specify the warranty period, the product warranty period shall be calculated from the date of shipment, and accessories such as remote controls, brackets, power supplies, power cords, and data cables shall provide 6 months of warranty service; the warranty period for each series of products is 1 year;

② Products or parts that have been repaired or replaced within the scope of the warranty shall continue to enjoy the rights and interests of the warranty during the remaining warranty period. If the remaining warranty period is less than 3 months, it will be calculated as 3 months. If the law or contract provides otherwise, the provisions shall be implemented in accordance with that provision.

 

Note: Jooan products are not limited to the products described above. All products produced by Jooan enjoy the after-sales service they deserve; the warranty period is subject to the dealer's after-sales service; in principle, it cannot be lower than the time required by Jooan.

The warranty period is calculated from the date of the first purchase of the machine, and the date of the first purchase is subject to the invoice or contract date of the purchased product.If there is no valid certificate, the warranty period will be calculated from the production date of the product.

 

  1. Warranty service

① Hardware products

(a) Maintenance

Product failures are resolved by maintenance. Where feasible, JOOAN will try to diagnose and solve product failures through the Internet, telephone or other remote help methods.If the above method cannot solve the problem, and the equipment is within the warranty period, we will repair it for you free of charge.

(b) Replacement Within 1 year from the date of the first purchase, if the purchased product has a performance failure, after being tested by the Jooan after-sales service engineer and confirmed as a failure caused by the product itself, you can choose to exchange the product or repair it free of charge.If you choose to exchange the goods, Jooan will replace the products or accessories of the same model and specifications free of charge; if the products or accessories of the same model and specifications have been discontinued, it will provide replacement products or accessories that are not lower than the performance of the original product. When the product is returned or exchanged, please return the attached items and packaging together.The replaced product will become the property of the customer, and the faulty product belongs to Jooan.

(c) Return

Within 30 days from the date of the first purchase, if the purchased product has a performance failure, after the Jooan after-sales service engineer tests and confirms that it is a failure caused by the product itself, the customer can choose to return, exchange or repair it free of charge.

 

②software products: 

If the software product is not activated within 30 days from the date of delivery, it can be returned or exchanged; if the software product has been activated or customized software product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Virtual service products: 

Due to the characteristics of virtual services, once the service is ordered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. The service activation time is subject to the time recorded on the service platform.

④Other

 Unless otherwise specified, the items and packaging attached to the product should be returned together.

Precautions and special reminders

1.Warranty commitment conditions

The warranty is only applicable to the country or region purchased by the customer, and the warranty cannot be transferred to another country or region (unless otherwise stated in the contract description)

2.Provide after-sales service according to law

This document grants the customer specific rights, and the customer may have other rights in accordance with the law.Nothing in this document will exclude and limit the rights of consumers, nor will it reduce or exempt Jooan from its responsibilities to consumers.If the customer is a consumer user who purchases products for life consumption needs, the warranty provided by Jooan to the customer will not be lower than the statutory warranty standard.The warranty within the scope of the statutory warranty shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the law, and the warranty outside the scope of the statutory warranty and the content permitted by the law shall be implemented in accordance with this document.

3.Please keep the invoice and warranty certificate

When purchasing a product, the customer should obtain and keep the completed sales invoice (including product model) from the seller. When the customer applies for warranty service, the customer can present a clear, complete and accurate sales invoice.If the content of the invoice does not match the actual product, is modified or unrecognizable, it will be deemed invalid.If the customer cannot provide a valid certificate, then confirm whether the product or component belongs to the scope of the warranty based on Jooan's system data. If the product or component is confirmed to belong to the scope of the warranty, the customer can also be provided with warranty services, but this is not an obligation of Jooan.

4.Information backup reminder

Jooan does not provide guarantees for customer data stored in its products or in other forms related to the product. Customers are responsible for backing up the relevant data to prevent loss.

5.Shipping reminder

Before sending, please pack properly, pay attention to shockproof, choose the shipping method and carrier carefully and purchase transportation insurance. Jooan will not bear any losses caused by customers during the mailing process.Jooan does not bear the shipping cost of the shipment.

6.Disclaimer of Warranty

1) Exceeding the specified warranty period;

2) Damage caused by man-made intentional or negligence, including damage caused by use in abnormal environments and failure to use in accordance with the instructions, etc.;

3) Accidents caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.);

4) Deterioration of service conditions caused by social issues (such as riots, wars, strikes, government controls, etc.);

5) Services caused by interruption of energy supply (such as electricity, water supply, oil, etc.) cannot be implemented;

6) Failure or damage caused by third-party products, software, services or behaviors;

7) Normal decolorization, wear and consumption that occur during the use of the product, the product can operate normally without interruption or error.;

8) Accessories (such as documents, product accessories, installation accessories, tools, etc.), consumables (such as packaging boxes, batteries, protective films, etc.) that are worn out over time, unless it is a failure due to material or process defects), structural parts (such as protective covers, brackets, etc.) that fail;

9) It is impossible to present a valid product warranty certificate and a valid original shopping invoice or receipt, the original serial number label of the product has been modified, replaced, or torn, the product does not have a serial number or the product model or number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.;

10) The product is not used in accordance with the instructions and operation manual attached to the product, or the product is not used for the scheduled function or environment. After confirmation, Jooan determines that the customer has violated any other circumstances of the operation manual.;

11) The completeness and appearance of the product are not within the scope of the guarantee. The customer should inspect the product on the spot when accepting it and raise objections to any discrepancies.
