Shipping Carrier

Once the order has shipped out you will receive an email with the carrier and the tracking number for your order.

We provide a Free shipping service for all orders on the website.
Each product page has information about the package size and weight and requirements for offloading.

Order processing time is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1 business day to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Firday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipments that arrive damaged must be signed as damaged when received. If there is damage, please ensure you indicate that there is damage to the freight company and contact us to report the damage.

We do our best to prevent back orders, they do occasionally happen. The item will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives a new shipment.
