How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days. 

What is your return policy?

The return and warranty policy outlined on this page applies exclusively to purchases made directly through online shops operated by Jooan. If you have purchased our products through a third party, the return and warranty terms may differ. The policy may also vary depending on the country of purchase due to different legal requirements and other considerations.


Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives back in Jooan’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● Items must include original packaging.

● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

● For non-quality related warranty claims, Jooan refunds the cost of the product itself

● Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements


Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Jooan’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.


Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues


All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Jooan or Jooan’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.


Jooan’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.


Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Jooan’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled through Jooan.


For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with suitable replacement parts or a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.


Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.


 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.


If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Please note, contact us and confirm before returning or exchanging to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Unauthorized return will not be accepted.


Refunds (If applicable)


After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days, and the funds will be credited back to your account within 5 business days, using the original payment method.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange, please contact our customer service. We can only handle the exchange of different sizes or colors of the same product.of course.customer pays the shipping cost on exchange.If you want to exchange for other goods, please directly choose to return and repurchase.

We cannot keep the items to be exchanged. If we do not have any products in stock when we receive your return, we recommend that you wait patiently or choose a refund.


Late or missing refunds (If applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Additional charges may apply depending on the destination. Please contact our customer service for more information regarding international shipping rates and delivery times.

What happens if what I ordered is out of stock?

Generally speaking, we will prepare enough goods for sale. If there is a problem of insufficient inventory, we will inform you as soon as possible and negotiate with you so that we can have a good impression of this transaction
